Spa Policy
Spa Policies:
Please arrive on time to your appointment so that we may start your service at the designated time or even early. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, or cancellation ( 10 min grace period). With respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. Please call if you are running late. If you arrive after the grace period without calling $15 will be added to your final payment.
Booking:
When booking a service you will be asked to pay full amount ( if the service is less than $30). If the service is more please note that a deposit of $25 will be taken upon booking, the deposit will be applied to your service. The deposit is Non-Refundable.

Cancellation:
In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel an appointment please call (318) 716-1507 or text us at (318) 773-9352 as soon as possible. This gives us the most time to re-book other clients. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it. If you missed your appointment without notifying us within 24 hours your deposit or full payment will not be transferable.
